Visitor Guidelines
We look forward to welcoming you to Wilson Place Museum. To ensure the best possible experience for all visitors, please review the following before your visit:
Accessibility: Wilson Place is a historic home built in the 1920’s and is not handicap accessible. The mansion includes multiple levels and stairways. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage guests with accessibility needs to contact us in advance for alternative ways to engage with the site.
Restrooms: Please note that public restrooms are not available inside the museum or on the grounds. We recommend planning accordingly before your visit.
Tour Timing: Standard tours begin on the hour and last approximately 45–50 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and explore the grounds or gift shop.
Photography:
Photography is welcome for non-commercial use on the grounds of Wilson Place Museum. For the preservation of our collection and the comfort of all guests, still photography and video recording are not permitted inside the mansion.
Weather & Grounds:
Tours and access to the grounds may be adjusted in case of severe weather. Outdoor areas may include uneven surfaces — please wear comfortable shoes.
Children:
We welcome families! For the safety of our artifacts and your enjoyment, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
